I am a dedicated (okay, maybe crazy) dog owner in Washington, DC. I have owned three Tuff Mutt pouches, which see daily use in all weather and walking conditions. I’ve also tried (and disliked) at least 10 other pouches over the years. This is the one I recommend for its durability, convenience (I wear it around my waist), right size and just-plain good quality. The reason I’m writing a review is to praise Tuff Mutt’s customer service. When the seam in my last pouch ripped I decided to send an email to Tuff Mutt a few Sundays ago. Nathan replied almost immediately that he would send a replacement and let the manufacturer know the seams needed to be reinforced. I’m hooked: these guys are the real deal. No need to look any further, in my opinion. Thanks Tuff Mutt!
