What is covered by the Tuff Mutt Lifetime Warranty?
Manufacturer’s defects caused by poor craftsmanship or defective hardware or materials when purchased through Tuff Mutt’s website.
What is not covered by the Tuff Mutt Warranty?
If your Tuff Mutt product is damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can take a look at the issue.
Products damaged while being used in an unintended way are not covered by the lifetime warranty. For example, your dog chews your leash in half while you aren’t looking, or decides to sneak into your training pouch and rips the inner lining out…We know you understand 😉
How does the Tuff Mutt Warranty work?
Fill out the Lifetime Warranty Claim Form which requires pictures showing the defect and we’ll take a look. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. US only. If you are in another country please contact us at: email@example.com.
