Orders and Shipping
All free shipping orders ship via USPS and will ship within 48 hours. You should receive your order within a few days after shipment depending on your location.
After your order is placed you will receive a welcome email. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Click the link and you will be directed to the tracking page.
We currently do not charge sales tax on our orders.
We can ship all over the world. Please reach out to us to determine shipping options and cost.
Yes, most shipments will arrive in one package even if multiple products are ordered.

If the order has not shipped yet, yes, you can change or cancel your order at any time.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed with any product purchased on tuffmutt.net. If you need to return any item(s), the following is our return policy: We have a 90 day money-back guarantee. Tuff Mutt will extend a refund of the purchase price of any products returned in all original packaging within 90 days of the date of purchase, (excluding shipping charges).
For approved returns we will issue a credit within 24 – 48 hours via the same method of payment used for the order or you may choose to exchange the item for other merchandise. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for the new items.
Returns could take up to 21 days to process. If a package is sent back to Tuff Mutt as “Return to Sender” and Tuff Mutt incurs a fee from the carrier that fee will be deducted from the refund amount before issuing. Any refunds within 90 days of original purchase must only be made to the original payment method. Should the original payment method be unable to accept the refunded amounts a paper check will be issued and can take up to 30 days to process and be received.
Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, your order is packaged and shipped as quickly as possible and therefore may not be canceled. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 12.5%.
Tuff Mutt is only responsible for shipping the package. The cost associated with invalid addresses, name changes, etc. will be billed back to the customer.
Please note, if you place your order directly through Amazon those orders are subject to Amazon’s 30-day return policy. All of those return requests must be made directly through Amazon.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 90 days of your purchase.
